Our Mission
At Reaching Wellness Counseling Services, LLC, our mission is to provide high-quality counseling services to individuals who are experiencing emotional difficulties by learning skills and techniques to regulate emotions that are naturally gifted to us. Our goal is not only to teach skills, it is to create a lifestyle change of reaching emotional wellness.
Who We Serve
While we are open to working with everyone, we have found a therapeutic alliance with people between the ages of 15 to 60 years.

We offer individual therapy and group therapy.
Individual therapy is a process where the client works one-on-one with a trained mental health professional in a space that is safe, non-judgmental, and caring.
Group therapy is a type of therapy where clients learn coping skills and build interpersonal skills that help to reinforce and develop social support networks.

Meet Your Therapist
Jessica Jones is the proud owner of Reaching Wellness Counseling Services, LLC. She earned her Bachelor’s degree at Salisbury University in Psychology and obtained her Master’s degree from Coppin State University in Addiction Counseling. Jessica is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) with the ability to provide clinical Supervision. She has been in the mental health and the behavioral therapy industry for about 10 years. She has worked in various clinical programs like Methadone Maintenance, Intensive Outpatient, Outpatient, and Inpatient for substance use treatment. She has also building an outpatient program in Northwest Baltimore. Jessica recently decided to start her own practice in 2021. In her spare time she enjoys being a wife and mother of 2 children.
